Accuracy of Personal Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, contact address, and identity details — must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any stored balance.

One Account Rule

Each individual may operate only one account. Running multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, or IP address will result in disqualification from bonus benefits and closure of all associated accounts.

Welcome Bonus Terms

• 100% bonus on first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, total ৳2,000
• Example: deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, total ৳17,000
• The bonus applies once per account only

Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: 20 times the bonus amount
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 must be wagered to withdraw bonus winnings
• Winnings derived from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met

Technical Abuse

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Intentionally exploiting server or game logic errors (glitches)
• Any attempt to undermine the security of the platform
• Bypassing geographic restrictions through a VPN or proxy

Financial Abuse

• Abusing chargebacks or payment disputes
• Making deposits or withdrawals using another person's payment account
• Using funds from illegal sources on the platform
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts
